Description

So, you took the breathwork trainings with David Elliott and you’ve been helping others heal? Good for you! Keep doing it! Keep learning!

Early on in my practice, I had a lot of questions, and I didn’t have the close relationship with my mentor David that I do now. I couldn’t send him a text to ask about a session I did. Back then, I wish I would have had someone to talk to on an ongoing basis who could answer questions and guide me through developing my skills. Someone to mentor me through the process who was experienced enough to do so and had the time to dedicate to me on a regular basis.

With this in mind, I’ve created a supervision group specifically for breathwork practitioners. Therapists get to meet weekly with their supervisors and talk about their struggles, fears, and mistakes without condemnation, receiving support and love instead. It’s an important part of becoming a good therapist. Receiving loving and helpful feedback throughout the journey is a huge part of many spiritual and technical trades. It’s important that we get help from those who came before us.

I’ve trained incredible teachers like Lili Pettit of Clutter Healing, Erin Telford, Danielle Hering of Through the Heart, and Deborah Anderson to teach David Elliott’s Healer Training Level 1. I work with a team through my company Breathwork for Recovery and we have a weekly call where we can talk about issues, get answers and training. It felt important enough to offer this support and mentoring to the breathwork community at large.

If you’re wanting more hands-on guidance and in-depth training for your own practice, this supervision is for you.
